The Foundation Method


The Foundation Method is a exercise and rehabilitation method created by Dr Eric Goodman. Foundation training will teach you better movement and posture in everyday life. Dr Goodman believes it is bad posture and movement patterns which cause pain, especially chronic pain due to inefficient repetitive movement. I have found his method to be both informative and effective in treating my own postural imbalances.
